Kings Square, Fremantle | 1,300 tonnes

Approximately 1,300 tonnes of fully fabricated structural steel from Vietnam for the landmark Kings Square redevelopment, now Walyalup Koort, in central Fremantle. The package incorporated structural steel interfacing with core walls, internal stair framing, external framing and architecturally significant elements, demonstrating capacity to manage high-volume steel packages for major civic and commercial developments.

The Link at Langley, East Perth | 380 tonnes

Approximately 380 tonnes of fully fabricated structural steel from Vietnam for the redevelopment of The Link at Langley in East Perth. The project combined new-build and retrofit construction within an established inner-city precinct, requiring careful coordination between new steelwork, retained structures, architectural elements and staged site works.

Rio Tinto Amrun Mine Infrastructure Area | 2,000 tonnes

Approximately 2,000 tonnes of fully fabricated structural steel from Vietnam for Rio Tinto’s Amrun Mine Infrastructure Area near Weipa in Far North Queensland. The multi-building package incorporated heavy industrial workshops, warehouse and supporting mine infrastructure, with fabrication, quality documentation, packing and logistics coordinated for delivery to a remote mining location.

Goldfields Arts Centre, Kalgoorlie | 400 tonnes

Approximately 400 tonnes of fully fabricated structural steel from Vietnam for the Goldfields Arts Centre development in Kalgoorlie, including complex architectural steelwork, Q355GNH weathering-steel columns, roof framing and associated access steel. The package required controlled material procurement, welding procedures, surface preparation, QA/QC, full traceability and purpose-built transport arrangements for site-sequenced delivery to Kalgoorlie.
